Our Guests Say it Best - The Sweetest Honeymoon in Belize

Seaside-at-St.-Georges-Caye-Resort---Beliz_20201116-022510_1

Our guests truly say it best! We are so grateful for all of our guests who come to our secluded island paradise, but this review is so incredible. We love all kinds of love, and are so happy to have hosted this awesome couple for the beginning of their lives together!

Alexandra Porte - November 2020 - Google Reviews 5/5

Exceeded my expectations!!! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in October 2020 and couldn't be happier with this resort. We stayed in a beautiful overwater bungalow and woke up to a tray of tea and freshly squeezed Belizean orange juice every morning that was delivered to our front porch.

We enjoyed watching tropical fish, rays, and small nurse sharks swim around the docks. The resort staff provided outstanding customer service and were so accommodating. The restaurant kept us well fed with an amazing breakfast menu, full lunch, snacks, and four-course dinners every day. The food was delicious, and the cocktails are simply divine. The chef even cooked us up our catch of the day after our fishing trip.

The staff will even climb a palm tree to retrieve a coconut and make you a true island coconut cocktail drink! There are always kayaks, paddle boats, and sailboats ready to go. Wonderful coral reef snorkeling and scuba spots that are very close to the island.

Concierge set us up with some amazing excursions to the mainland. The resort tour guide took us on an exciting jungle river cruise, where we saw crocodiles, iguanas, and great blue herons. We saw the Mayan ruins and went zip lining and cave tubing. With all the exciting adventures, we still got relaxing time by the pool or in the hammock on the porch.

Spent the evenings sitting on the dock sipping champagne and watching barracuda and tarpons swim around. Such an amazing vacation, wish we had more than just one week because we couldn't fit in all the excursions the resort offered.

The mainland didn't have their rum tasting place open yet. But the resort bartender set up a rum tasting for us on the island and we had a bonfire on the beach that night with the other guests, so that made up for it! We will be back to this resort! Highly recommend!!!
